I have been going into this store for 20 years and was very disappointed with the service I received this time. I was made to feel like I was wasting his time by getting my guitar fixed to re learn myself. I was hoping to get a different staff member when I went back to pick up my guitar but ended up with the same guy who still treated me with no regard, very disappointed in the service.

I have had great experiences & all my purchases of elec guitars & acoustic & other percussive instruments & cables & music books etc have all been well worth it. Also the help there is just fantastic. You're dealing with musicians so it makes you feel right at home wether in store or on phone. :) We are very lucky in Launceston to have a good music store.
