My laptop was loosing connection with the charger. I had many compatible chargers, all the same issue.I needed the charging port fixed obviously. Was told the issue wasn't the charging port and that I needed new chargers. Magically all the same chargers now worked perfectly in the port despite being told he never touched it. Nevertheless I was talked into buying another charger that looked secondhand. He then asked me to give him all my chargers 3+ (that all worked perfectly) and that he'd take $20 off full price of service. He fixed my charging port. Lied about doing so. Tried to claim my 3+ chargers I own are faulty and that I should give them to him (so he can probably sell to others), then sold me a second hand charger. Untrustworthy service. Unprofessional. Scammer. II asked for my receipt and he didn't want to give me one. Said I didn't need it and that he'd recognize me if I returned with an issue. I kept asking for a receipt but he refused to give me one.

Scammer, Avoid, Worst customer service

Worst customer service ive ever had, fitted the incorrect screen to phone which made the screen curve and shatter within 3 days, fitted a screen protector which didnt cover the screen and stopped the screen from responding. Went back to speak to them about fixing the problem and told that they never sold the product and dont do that" even though he said he rememered seeing us a few days prior as well as having proof of purchase."

Owners are very friendly and nice

Very bad scammer he damaged my iPhone 11 pro barely a week after buying it, I asked him to fix the screen and rear as I had dropped my phone on the floor but everything was still working apart from the broken screen however my phone came back damaged and he was very rude in his response denying responsibility instead accusing me of lying. Please people don't fall victim of this scammer he used fake parts on my iPhone 11 pro causing it to disfunction.

Very disappointed. Had my iPhone and sons iPad screens replaced and neither screen lasted even 2 weeks. 1st drop in case with screen protector from pocket to floor and I was unable to use my phone at all. iPad was in its case and was bumped off the lounge onto rug and had 2 instant giant cracks on screen. Tried to take them back but was told damage wasn't covered by them and wouldnt be repaired for less than the full costs up front and in full.. I paid the going price for the repairs I had done. I'd had other quotes but went with local for convenience but I feel the replacement parts must've been cheap either that or they didn't do the repairs properly, all I know is for over $300,my devices should've lasted more than 6 and 10 days.. the worst part was being offered no understanding or willingness to help rectify the situation at all leaving me feeling useless, used and extremely unhappy.
