Not sure if they are just westernised… but not true mala especially the dry mala wok… it was very sweet and compared to other stores it did not taste authentic.

Beware of dishonest scales. They do not reset the scale to 0 to offset the bowl’s weight. Without taking any food and if you were to put the empty bowl on the scale it will be around 100grams and that will cost you $3.30.

Not sure why all the negative reviews,I came in twice,Ordered spicy bone soup once,Second time I ordered the tomato based soup,Both tastes amazing so are the ingredients,It’s far more better price and tastier comparing to the shop opposite to it.

Great selection of add ins, nice soup base and good amount of sauces to mix in.They also have a few fried side dishes that are quick to come out that vary from sweet to savoury! Will be going again for a late night feed.

Love going here for Malatang but it is a bit too far for me. Came here 3 times and it never disappoints. I have tried the mala, laksa and tom yum soup bases, and I definitely recommend the first 2. A large selection of toppings to choose from. +1 for it being open so late when nothing else is open!

It's my first time to try this restaurant. The tomato soup malatang is super delicious! The waitress is also so nice. She also highly recommend me to try the ox bone soup next time. Will try!

The mala soup base was good you can ask for mild which was great. There was a good range of things to choose from. Mine came to $13.50. A good choice in the area.
