HK is a great gym with great people. The trainers are top notch and so is the gym equipment. The team here is focused on total health. I went from seeing doctors and the physio and being in pain every day, to being the fittest and most pain free I have been in years, after 6 months under a tailored training program. Excellent gym with new equipment. This gym is well rounded with several squat racks and a deadlifting platform. There is an area for stretching or kettlebell work outs and plenty of benches. Several dumbbell sets keep you from waiting for weights. There are enough machines to incorporate into your work out appropriately as well.Most of all, this is a clean gym with a very friendly environment. I've only been here a few months, but feel like a regular. The owner is a regular and makes it a point to great everyone. Judgement free zone with an emphasis on self improvement. HK has my highest recommendation.Cannons Kitchen next door is also a great place for a healthy meal!

HK Holistic Klub would have to be one of the best gyms in Darwin, Hector and his crew do a fantastic job, not only with training but also with your food intake resulting in amazing results. Over the three and half years I’ve been a member I have seen clients obtain absolutely amazing results. Hector and his crew are passionate about their clients achieving the best and encouraging everyone to go above and beyond their capabilities. It would also have to be one of the cleanest gyms I have attended.

14 days ago I joined this gym with a goal of losing 20 kg in 3 months after reaching 100 kg for the first time in my life at 52 and well on the way to high high blood pressure.Haven’t missed a day Hector and his team are real fitness professional motivators not only have I been given an exercise program and a healthy nutritional eating plan but have been coached in the safe and correct execution of lifting weights and using the gym equipment to avoid joint pain and injuries. (Something that most gyms fail to do.) So far I have lost a solid 5kg have higher energy levels, determination and feel stronger than ever. Motivation is not an issue as I will reach my goal to be 80kg and to be the best version of myself.

Great place. Great trainers who know their stuff and fellow gym goers who are like family. Plenty of good quality hammer squat racks and equipment. NO having to wait for equipment hogs.

Great gym, great equipment, good price, staff and members are friendly and it really feels like a family.When you go and interact with people you feel as if your goals are theirs aswell and you all work to get there.This makes it great to celebrate with others and keep on track to succeed.
