Karen was very punctual, thorough and so helpful! I have never seen my home looking so clean & pristine :D Maid easy has gone above my expectations. Will definitely be hiring again as my regular cleaner, so affordable & reliable!

I was impressed from the minute go. In a few hours after I rang I had a cleaner allocated for the following week. On the day 2 hrs before I had an automated phone call reminder. What a lovely touch. Also I love the debeting from my credit card so I do not have to worry about the cash on the day and the automated reciept sending. I never had such sparkly clean shower doors or mirrors I used other cleaning services over 30 years before. But this was eceptional.Ok you pay a bit more money but it's worth it every penny. Thank you all at Maid Easy House Clean.

Overall we were unimpressed with our deep spring clean". We had advised when booking that our house was quite large and very dirty and the one person that had been assigned to us would have trouble to manage in the allotted time. While some areas of our house are now very clean

Excellent house cleaning service. Very easy to book and make changes online, great website. Cleaner was very good, even asking me about all the little things/specifics I wanted from the clean plus the owner called me to follow up as check everything went well. Ive used a few different cleaning services in Brisbane. This one is slightly more expensive but 100% worth it. You get what you pay for.

Been using Maid Easy as our house cleaning service for the past 6 months. Excellent service and great support when I’ve contacted them. I’ve recommended them to others who want a house cleaner in Brisbane and would do again.

I had a standard clean as part of a gift voucher gifted to me and will start by saying that the clean was good and I had no concerns around the clean itself and would recommend on this basis. I was however notified a couple days before the clean that the company had suddenly decided to no longer supply cleaning equip and supplies and was provided with a list of items I should have at home for the cleaner on arrival. I queried the validity of this since their website mentions all cleaning materials are supplied by cleaner, to which they stated it was a decision made by new management team due to hygiene with COVID and it was not updated online yet as they had not yet notified all their regular cleaning customers. When I questioned if this would result in a decrease to the cleaning rate due to me supplying everything, they said no (at this point if I didn't have a gift voucher I would have cancelled). As such I went out and purchased additional cleaning supplies as stated in the message, and then I had to spend (the paid) time with the cleaner to show her how to use our equip (dyson, steam mop etc) as she did not know how. It's now been 8 months since the clean (I didn't want to provide this review until time passed to update the website accordingly) and the website still clearly states that cleaning equip is provided on all cleans, so it's fair to assume I was given misleading information to the reasoning behind the cleaner not having her own supplies. She told me she caught public transport, so this to me alludes to why and it's just frustrating that I was mislead this way and not provided with a separate rate for having to supply this myself. If this is not the case, then the website is misleading.

Weve been using Maid Easy as our house cleaning service for about 5 months now. Marie and her husband are excellent, professional and always on time. Easy to change requirements online. Would recommend them to others wanting experiences house cleaners in Brisbane.

Booking with Maid Easy was so easy. We visited the area before the pandemic outbreak and didn't know that we were responsible for cleaning our rental. Instead of cleaning it ourselves, we found Maid Easy and booked an appointment in literally 90 seconds. We had to leave before the team ever arrived so I was a little nervous that things would go well. When we got back to the US, I checked in with the owner and they said the unit looked great. PHEW, huge relief. Thanks Maid Easy!
