Bought a gun safe. Guy didn’t seem that interested in helping. Ended up buying a safe which I believed was fireproof and handgun compliant but turns out later it wasn’t. Misleading and when spoke on the phone, didn’t seem to care.

I rang 4 gunshops in the Gold Coast area chasing a gunsafe which needed to be freighted to me. All 4 said they couldn't freight for me and then I spoke to these guys. They freighted the gun that afternoon (arrived next day) and combined cost (including freight) was $5 cheaper than what any of the other 4 quoted for the identical Spika brand model on it's own (without freight!) Much appreciated thankyou guys!

It was our first time shooting for me and my partner and we had a blast. Gary the instructor was very patient and professional and we learned a lot from him. Would recommend it to everyone

Neil and company have been nothing but a pleasure to interact with since I’ve started coming to the attached range.It’s a good place to check out, especially if you’re already stopping by the range; they’ve had just the thing I’m after a couple of times now that a certain big shop just didn’t.No clue what the other review is on about with “I’d rather snort glass” over the lack of a website or an at-times busy team serving in-store customers. Sounds like they might need to step away from the keyboard and go outside every once in a while if they require a website and/or always available phone service, or else it’s otherwise 1/5 stars from them. Sure, it’s nice when you need it, but it’s far from a deal breaker for the rest of us.

A good small local store. Not a shop for browsing as everything is behind the counter. This shop does get busy and can be a bit of a wait to get service. I use this shop quite often.Staff are always happy and knowable.Website is under construction and has been for a few years.This shop offers a discount to SSAA members.

A nice shop... Very accommodating for gun brokerage. It does get pretty busy and usually only have 2 staff working. Their costumer relations are very good (too good sometimes and conversation can draw out while people wait). Will be good when (if) their website is running... Been coming soon" for years now."

Great local gun shop with honest down to earth advice. Jason, Gary and Adam are the one’s you’d like to meet there. They are very knowledge and helpful. If you ask nicely, you might get a good deal.Amazing collection of used guns at reasonable price too. Very convenient as the gun range is just downstairs. SSAA members gets a discount too.
