I highly recommend George and his team- after years of taking my car to the Audi dealer mechanic I trialled George and found him so much more honest, reliable and better priced. There have been many occasions where George could have charged me exorbitant prices as I have no knowledge about mechanics- but instead he has checked the car and given me honest feedback, sometimes even turning me away and I end up not paying! He is in high demand but once the car is booked in it comes back quickly. Best mechanic I have ever had.

I have been getting my car serviced here for about 8 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. This is a garage I feel I can trust!When I was first getting my car serviced as a new driver, I was nervous about getting ripped off or not understanding what was being done. However, George and the team have always been happy to take the time to explain things to me, give me a quote in advance when requested and always call me if they are going to do any additional work.When I moved out of this area, I took my car to another shop and was told a whole bunch of things needed to be replaced or repaired. I brought the car in to Gladstone Road Garage and they were honest about which things actually needed to be replaced and which didn't, saving me hundreds of dollars for unnecessary work.George and the team have also been happy to help with silly" little things. George and his team have been wonderful in helping me get my car ready to transfer over registration after moving states. I was kept well-informed throughout the whole process and George and the team were very friendly and professional. When I finally changed my plates over and was frustrated to find they didn't fit, I called and they were able to immediately help me, and get my new plates attached. Highly recommend!

I have had my car serviced by my car makers own dealers and by another large repair place in the gabba. George, the guy at Gladstone Road Garage, picked up that I had been driving around on illegal tyres, which the others had completely missed. This would have invalidated my CTP insurance had I had an accident before this got picked up. I will never go anywhere else. Wish I could give him six stars.

I have been using George's Garage for several years after a referral from my local workplace. I initially took my car there to do a diagnostic comparison to what Kmart was telling me needed doing. Of course, it was totally incorrect.Now George services and repairs both our cars along with every car owner in our office. We refer to him kindly as Honest George" as that's exactly how he conducts his business. Always reliable

Be warned!George with many years experience, thinks he can diagnose a suspected timing belt problem on an interference diesel by starting the engine. I specifically mentioned the priority of pulling the front of the engine cover off to inspect, (before starting the car.) With his action, 3 cracks are now evident on the front casing. He didn't even open the bonnet to check if there was oil in the engine, or any visual diagnoses before starting. I inspected the day before. Conveniently he flatly denies any unprofessional behavior.Since taken the car elsewhere.

These guys are AMAZING! The team are so friendly and professional and they will NOT rip you off, they just tell you what your car needs and will give it to you at the best price they can, no fuss. I recommend George and his team to everyone I know. They are so busy but he somehow will always find a way to to fit you in. Have been going for years now and will never take my car anywhere else.
