I spent $130 changing the loudspeaker of my husband's iPhone in this shop.But it can not be charged whitin one month. I go to the other shop repair and found they change my original charging port As well!!! That is really bad experience so far.

It was a nice shopping，I got a new phone case for my iPhone14pro. The young lady show me a lot of kinds of case and Introduce their material patiently. Finally, I got what I want. And boss really kind to me. They do repair as well. So if my phone has any issues, i'll come back.

They repaired my iPad’s battery problem within two hours at a reasonable price today. I came to them several times with problems of phones, iPad, and computers. They always solved the issues patiently and fast.

Cheating service. Avoid it!I paid $360 to replace my Google Pixel's broken screen at the shop because it's advertised that the sparepart is genuine. First problem, 2 days with me new screeen, the fingerprint scanner stopped working. The man Andy said it's because the new screen is not from Google and it doesn't work with the fingerprint sensor, he can't do anything about it. Ok fine, I could live with it although felt like being cheated. Second, 3.5 months later, the screen started to die (blackout) at a corner, became flimsy at another corner, and dust somehow blocked the selffie camera from inside. I brought the phone back to the store because it was still under the 6 months repair warranty. The man said it was a physical damage" and the warranty does not cover it!!! He just said " I cannot do anything about it" then offered me to replace the screen again at a discounted price!Absolutely terrible scam! I'll never go back there."

Recently had my iPhone XR battery replaced 3 weeks ago and am very disappointed in the quality of it.You would expect that by paying $130 for a genuine Apple battery that it’ll be better than the old one. However, this wasn’t the case for me.The battery fails to last 2-3 hours of usage, and heats up very quickly to the point that it is unbearable to hold. I understand that with gaming, the battery would deplete quicker. However, the replaced battery,a new ‘genuine’ one, shouldn’t go from full charge to 10% when I’ve only spent in total two and half hours playing a non-demanding 2D game, watching a few Youtube videos, and answering a few phone calls. The phone itself is only a years old, ruling out the phone as the problem. In addition to all of this, my phone’s screen is now flickering after the replacement, which I am worried might lead to me experiencing an epileptic episode, and that a message on my phone is popping up, stating that they cannot verify this as a genuine battery (which they dismissed as happening with all battery replacements).When I returned to the shop to express my concerns, showing screenshots of days where the battery was drained in less than a few hours of usage, they dismissed it saying that there was nothing wrong with the phone at the time of inspection and that there was nothing they could do. Funny enough, they based such judgement on the battery log of that day, in which I had not been using the phone at all. Did they expect me to prove it to them by standing with them for an hour or two, watching it drain? What’s the point of a warranty if it’s up to their discretion only to decide whether they want to help or not. Very disgraceful customer service.To add salt to the wound, they offered to replace it for me at a ‘discounted’ price if $115.Strongly recommend not to get any services done here and to just go directly to the Apple store, who will do the same service at the same price with NO issues at all. A decision of convenience (considering that the shop was closer than the Apple store) ultimately led to inconvenience.

This guy destroyed my phone when he replaced the battery in it my bedroom caught on fire ! They will be hearing from my lawyer!

The service was very quick and the staff was friendly. I had 2 of my phone screen protectors done there and had no issue and very happy with the experience.

I was looking for a phone case for my new iPhone. The staff was really nice and patient, explained all the types of the cases that they have very detailed to me. I felt really comfortable in this purchasing. They also gave me a discount for buying a new case and a screen protector. I would definitely come back next time when I need.
