Best dog food shop in the west,selling mostly kangaroo but good prices and soo fresh it's processed on site,but the best of all is the friendly people who work there and very helpful who know there business,I have been there 5 times now and will be a regular for sure

Fresh, clean pet meat.Love the variety. Well stocked.If you preferred to feed fresh raw meat this is your place. I make my own pet food and this is the best I have found in Perth metro.

Have been using A1 for a few months now, in the beginning it was a really good experience, fresh food really helped my pups skin.Unfortunately, recently my orders started getting missed/not confirmed. No reply's to my messages.The first time I was told my order would be ready in 3 days so i went to pick it up & the staff did not have an order ready (it was missed) luckily they had enough in stock for me.The second time I messaged my order on the 13/05, no reply for 5 days so i messaged again to follow up (18/05). They replied 6 hours later saying yes but wont have any in stock for another 5 days. I then replied saying i was away and wont be back till the 26/05 and if it was okay to collect then. Again no reply. I ask on the morning of the 26th if my order was ready. They reply at 1pm saying it will be ready at 2pm (they close at 5pm) By the time they reply I could not pick it up as I was at work, which they then said 'next time you order you will need to put a deposit'.I'm sorry but I should not have to be following up to see where my orders at. Communication is really poor and very unorganised. I just said forget it & I will now be going elsewhere as its just poor service.

The team at A1 are great! Whenever I go into pick up my dogs feed they are so welcoming and helpful with all my questions and queries! They are great for providing the raw food that my dogs absolutely love and need! They love all the treats they have there and all the different varieties of meat available! They are top quality and have great service!

They are knowledgeable and helpful, taking into account my dog's weight and age and guiding us on how much to feed my dog. They have a variety of meat to choose from as well. Awesome prices!

Can't beat A1 for value and variety! They've always got recommendations to suit your pets situation or different foods to try.Great when you have a picky English staffy at home.
