Fantastic jewellery with excellent attention to detail. We have been going there for 8 years now and have had 4 beautiful rings hand made. We love the experience where you can make your own ring as that holds and extra special value to my engagement ring. They have wonderful customer service and are always warm and welcoming. They are very knowledgeable with their products and listen to help design what you want. I will not go anywhere else!

I had my wife’s engagement ring and both of our wedding bands made here and the results were incredible. EverettBrookes made our vision a reality and the rings turned out better than we could have ever imagined.Jewellery stores aren’t necessarily the most comfortable place for me but from the first consultation I felt at ease with the whole process. A huge contrast to our visits to other stores where I felt like I was just the wallet and the salesperson gave their attention wholly to my partner.10/10 would go back, 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

So thrilled with my “eternity ring”- that Ian made for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. Very impressed by the level of knowledge and attention to detail EB took when helping us design our engagement and choose a diamond. They provide a very consistent level of high customer service. We have since returned to buy our wedding rings and have some inherited jewellery assessed. They also always clean my jewellery free of charge when I'm there which is greatly appreciated.

The team worked with us to select our stones of choice, clarify settings and for my partner, lend him a trial ring so he could be confident in sizing before we placed his wedding band order.
