I have been seeing Dr Edmond Ho since very young and have often seen him periodically. While he provides information to his patients, I find his approach to lack patient centred care. There are a lot of assumptions in his conversations, rather than asking you a question e.g., so you're a social worker"... no. "So you work at a hospital?" Again no. I enquired about a mental health plan and it was met with judgment. I believe his exact response was... "so what you're depressed?" Keep in mind this is to a patient with chronic illness. Therapeutic relationships are so important in healthcare. I have then found another GP who has changed my whole perception of GP experiences.. holistic

The worst medical centre in the planetI just walked in right now bleeding.I dropped an axe on my foot I live in Enfield I took my self thereThe resorption was horrible she keep telling me that there is no doctors on the premises they all went for lunch and it will take them couple of hours to get back.I told her that I don't need a doctor just a nurse will do to clean up my wound and see if I need stitches she replies sorry we don't speak English go somewhere else.I'm in pain I just gave her my middle fingerAnd now I'm in my way to Campsie medical centre I believe people in Campsie speak English it is a blessing to speak English in Campsie
