It was a surprise and a indescribable relief to be treated with respect and empathy. The disability advocate is skilled and professional. I haven't seen anything like it in year's. Believe me I have been looking for quite some time. Kinda awesome, was my experience.

I am so greatful to Sarah who helped me reapply to the NDIS and go through all my evidence with me. I could not have coped at that time without her support as I was also dealing with the Education system and my girl not coping in their care. Thank you Sarah, you're help and professionalism was amazing during a very stressful period in my life.

Super friendly staff with great advice and always looking after your needs. I was blown away with the information that was provided to me by Siobhan.I definitely recommend anyone with any financial concerns, or looking for information on options that they have to definitely give Midlas a visit.

Im a mental health person and Midlas would not help me with my problem with my landlord. They also refused to clarify the reasoning why they could not help me. So this leaves me to believe they are in bed with the department of communities( housing) probably a conflict of intrest as I believe that they are perhaps receiving government funding. Lets see if I get a response to this review to explain their position. If you cant help people under mental health who can you help. ? This is prejudice and they should be ashamed of themselves. Zero stars.

I was recommended to Midlas and Rita by a friend. My first contact was with Rita. Rita made time to see me pretty much straight away. Every communication with Rita and her assistant Emma was perfect. Having Rita and Emma represent me through a tough time was amazing and can't thank them enough. Midlas and there team provide an essential service to those in need. For basic legal information (especially in the rental crisis people are currently experiencing) they are very useful to help know your rights and be advised what your recommended course of action is next. Be warned tho that atm there is long time between appts. They can offer phone appts also which would be quicker to speak to someone.
