i can see why yous only have 3.1 stars.this morning i went through the drive thru,ordered,sat in line for ages,even turned the engine off,then once i got to the window....ohh we don't have any.what's the point of having 2 drive thru ordering stations but only 1 payment & 1 pick up window ? useless !

Burger looked like a bombsite. Tomato sauce spread everywhere. Burger was so scrambled it felt like a puzzle trying to put it back together. Made me sad. I will inevitably eat here again though so see you sometime hopefully not too soon.

Just ordered 2 drinks. Front counter were just laughing and talking amongst themselves. After waiting 5 minutes had to actually go and get their attention to hand me the drinks that was just sitting there.

A very smart and fresh-feeling service centre, conveniently placed for the northbound traveler between Byron and Tweed. Only had coffee here ( McDonald's) today, which was good. Menu and presentation of Oliver's seems particularly good. Coffee Club, Boost and KFC also on hand. Very clean and agreeable.

Takes extremely long to make the food. McFlurry had the smallest amount of ice cream I’d ever seen in one, significantly smaller than any other I’d had anywhere else, asked to have a new one that wasn’t half full. Was told “that’s literally not half full, it’s exactly “4 swirls” of ice cream.” Either way, it was definitely much smaller than the average McFlurry I have had, was told I was wrong and was sent back. Beyond poor customer service. And the flake in the soft serve was stale. Based on the uniform I was under the impression the lady had some form of management role too, way to role model for the kids in the back

Don't go to McDonald's for food FFS.Ok it's a convenient place to meet and that's what you're paying for. Could be that M has bought themselves a position or captive market and it is the only food" available. The coffee isn't too bad

Entered drive thru at 10:31am, waited 30 minutes to reach the speaker box, that should’ve been my sign to back out when I could. After watching approximately 4 cars behind me leave, I reached the speaker box and placed my order. After correcting the order twice at the speaker box, we proceeded to wait another 15 minutes to reach the first window, where we had to correct our order again, for the same mistake we had tried to correct three times now. After finally sorting the mistake we paid and waited another 15 minutes to receive our food, noting no cars had been parked this entire time. Once we received our order we received our burgers cold, covered in grease inside and outside the boxes, and sauce all through the boxes. After eating the first burger and leaving we realised they had still stuffed the contents of one burger up after 3 corrections. To top it all off we received no napkins so had to wipe my f’n saucy hands on my new pants. 0/10 would rather starve.

Me and my partner went into the drive thru with an online order and only one other car in the drive thru lane. We ordered two bacon egg muffins, one hashbrown and a coffee. After driving past the payment window, we were waiting behind the car in front of us for 20 minutes (I counted), with cars piling up behind us. We remained stationary, and after the 20 minutes had passed with no one being pulled into the empty waiting bay, they gave the car in front of us one coffee. They were waiting on one single coffee and holding up the line for 20 minutes, when they could’ve very easily been shuffled to the waiting bay. After we pulled up, we got our food straight away, as did the cars behind us. All of this over one coffee. As a previous worker at McDonalds, everyone knows that if you’re waiting on one item, you’re meant to be shuffled into the waiting bay as to not hold up the line and mess with the times, especially when the car is only waiting on one item. Because of this mishap, I ended up missing my train in Varsity Lakes (we left half an hour earlier in order to make time for the food). I know I shouldn’t expect much from a McDonalds, but this is just poor management.

Honestly have never gotten an order right the whole time we have been coming here. There is something forgotten or wrong from our order 90% of the time… paid $7.25 for nuggets that never came. Until we got home and checked our bag that they were missing. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING… save yourself the headache that these 15 year olds cause without a doubt every time. Can’t even call to let them know your order is wrong cause the phone doesn’t go through. I will be following this up. I know it’s just nuggets but this is the nugget that broke the chickens back
