Toll, is by a large margin the worst delivery service in Australia. I continually have failed deliveries, there is no option to just pickup the parcel. And even after following their convoluted process to get the package re-delivered I get another not to say it was not delivered. With no explanation as to why.Sellers PLEASE do not use this service or we the customers will be far less inclined to buy your products.Just do a search on 'Toll Review' to see how horrible the experience an experience just about everyone has with Toll

Even with COVID delays their delivery times are atrocious. They give no information or delivery estimates because their warehouses are a mess.

Unfortunately Toll deserves zero stars. I have been waiting for a delivery from this logistics company for four weeks. I have given up and accepted the fact that they have no intention of delivering. Countless calls, emails have been sent to no avail. One of their customer care numbers turned out to be a fax machine. The company has been through difficult times recently with a cyber attack and COVID-19. Nevertheless it stuns me that they could not retrieve my delivery address despite me making every effort to ensure they were furnished with that information. A very poor reflection on what supposed to be a logistics company. I am very keen on supporting local industry. However I would have to caution any consumer from using them as a delivery company particularly if the consignment is important and time critical.

Terrible. Have called 5 days in a row to try and locate my parcel. I can see it's been in melbourne for a week now and I'm only up the road. Been promised a call back from an Investigator every time. Not received one call back yet.

I'm still waiting for my parcel it's been over 4 weeks I called few times and been told it's stuck in transit yet it's still at the Melbourne depot I'm very disappointed customer service is terrible and no one every calls you back

Completely useless delivery service. Paid extra to have a parcel delivered to my home, and not only did they fail" to deliver without even trying

Atrocious, unprofessional, useless delivery service. Can’t deliver my items until Feb 2022, won’t let me pick them up. Biggest mistake ever to trust these guys with any delivery.

Worst refrigerated transport company in Victoria. They will follow Scott's down the gurglar. We wait hours for them to send a change over pan, the excuse is always, no drivers. They will not answer the phone either. Bludgers!

The worst of all the courier services. Book a 5 hour pick up window. No show, no option for pick up without me being home. Absolutely useless. Waiting twice is worth more than the time I am trying to return. Honestly, Have never had a good experience with TOLL. Delivery is a shambles. Things get lost. Staff are all overseas and sound like they are reading from a script.
