Someone give Maryanna in the paint section a raise, her knowledge and service was exceptional, not just with me but with the people before me. Advised me on how to do the best job within my budget, excellent product knowledge, friendly rapport with customers. Haven’t had this same service in other stores, so I will be back to Padstow from now on

On my last visit, I sought out and asked two staff on the shop floor for help and neither showed any interest. Then a young staff member named Marcus appeared and listened to me enthusiastically, took me to the relevant section and helped find the right product for my requirements. So its five stars to Marcus but none to the others encountered.

That's the ultimate playground for handy men...!Huge variety...a bit expensive though but massiv and has everything you may need or think off. Large parking available.

They have the best timber yard of all Bunnings in a 20k radius. Needed the long sleepers and no other Bunnings has them. Great! Easy accessible via M5.

I like this store. It's open and clean and has what I was usually need. Indoor plant section isn't as great as the others but still, plenty of options.Georgia in the paint section is super helpful and nice. Seems knowledgeable which is good when you're not sure what you're doing

yesterday at about 2 pm, after buying a few bags of potted soil, I went to the counter, a person named Lisa was the cashier, she told me to turn the label over so she could scan it. , she said she has back pain, I am angry because this is her job, why does she have that attitude. I have never seen a Bunings warehouse with such staff.
