Communication poor, only interested in money, will not refund deposits and lie about costs. took them to a magistrate who told them to train there staff and give customers full disclosure. Very poor service.

It took 5 months to get a rear bar for my Nissan D22 had I gone to Coffs Harbour it would have taken a couple of weeks will not deal with them again

I have had multiple experiences with Andrew when purchasing ARB products for my 60 series land cruiser from him.He not only knows his stuff but he is very professional and helpful. Every time I’ve shopped here I’ve walked out with more knowledge then when I went in.My order arrived in a very efficient manner and I was called straight away when it did.Good old fashioned service is the best way to describe these guys, highly recommend!
