What a refreshing change to go into a local pet shop that is not a chain store and is localy owned and be served by the owner! Brent has all the corect answers for all your pet questions. His knowledge in fish is unmatched in the state.I believe this is the only pet shop in or near to Launceston that sell live pets other than fish. Yes its an old fashioned pet shop with Rabbits, birds, kittens and more! This store is heavily stocked with everything you need, and if they have not got what you need they are really happy to get it. To really top this store off as the best and most complete pet shop in Launceston they have the best dog wash in Launceston! Thank you Petland for all your assistance over many years!

Great range of products for smaller pets, but reasonably limited for dogs and cats. But it's a small place. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and they very clearly care a great deal.
