Good luck with anyone dealing with this conveyancer. After following up with the reception each and every day to get my sec27 deposit money they never respond and always lied.

The worst conveyancing company i have ever come across took 5 days to receive a unconditional letter to put my clients at ease, as they where elderly and had a deadline to meet.Every time i called they said they where to busy to send a email thru or it would be done but never happened. Conveyancing is a very important matter so choose who you use wisely.

Having continuous dealings with Felix's office for more than a decade, I can say that he has always been helpful on legal advice and and property transactions.

Felix palms off all the work to his incompetent assistant. You have to chase them up for everything and in the end they are rude and unprofessional. Go elsewhere and don't waste your time and money!!

im not too sure why people are saying really bad things about this company. I've dealt with this company several times before, Julie who works there is fantastic, very friendly and very helpful, she does things straight away.yes, sometimes they are busy and you sometimes have to follow up, but they respond straight away when you call them. I've dealt with really expensive high end lawyers before and i think this conveyancing company is a lot more responsive.if you don't like a company that's always busy, that gets a lot of work, find one that's very quiet and don't have a lot of clients.i don't like writing reviews but i feel I need to because all i see are negative remarks about this company, I've never experienced any rudeness from them, they are very attentive about our needs and explains everything i need to know.i will continue to work with them with my future projects
