Always responsive, helpful and honest. The office staff who take your order are great and the delivery drivers always do their best to drop everything exactly where you need it. Paragalli Haulage are the first people I call whenever I need landscaping supplies delivered.

Last week I ordered a few cubic metres of mulch and soil from Paragalli Haulage. The delivery truck hit my roof as they did not check the clearance on the way out. This caused considerable roof damage. I have spoken to the owner, Guy, several times and he has refused to take responsibility or to pay for the damage.They will claim that their delivery conditions do not make them responsible for damage past the kerbside. This is untrue.Under section 60 of the Australian Consumer (ACL) Law a trader is required to carry out their services with due care and skill. When they fail to do so, a consumer may seek a remedy from the trader to carry out the services again or take action seeking consequential loss.It is misleading and against the law for a business to say that it is not responsible for the foreseeable losses a consumer suffers from using the business’s product or service.I would not purchase from Paragalli Haulage again and advise others against purchasing from them. Know your consumer rights.

In my personal experience I’ve found this company to be quite dishonest and our choice to use them ended up costing us money.……Thank you for the below reply to my review and the invitation to contact however I have had multiple lengthy discussions with the owner already.

I paid for stones, but I got a lot of cheap dirt hidden in the pile. Muck up.

Really frustrating, we told them what we wanted done and gave them some measurements, they advised we would need a whole tub full of rocks so we filled the back of my Ute up, got home and we ended up only needing about a 30th of the tub if that, we had no where to put the rocks so had to return them to Paragalli and they wouldn’t refund us for what we returned. Really unfair that they will just get to resell the rocks we paid for upon their bad advice. This bad practice and definitely will never go there again. Do not let them convince you that you require more than you actually do.

Paragalli provided great service transporting bricks from our warehouse to the jobsite.Always fast delivery on bricklaying sand too. Highly recommend. Thanks!

Very reasonable pricing and they don't skimp on a load. Delivery fee was good and no issue dropping into two spots.

The short version: the Veggie Mix soil is FULL of contaminants (mostly soft plastics, but also glass, hard plastics, and even a chunk of timber). Soil itself is great, but I'm picking out litter from every wheelbarrow load. See photo.The long version: about 4 months ago we ordered some tan bark for our yard and soil for our veggie beds from another local company. Their tan bark was brilliant, but the soil contained way too much rubbish for our liking. Although their response to our feedback was really professional, we thought we might have better luck paying a bit more for our next order. We were wrong.We ordered 3 cubic meters each of the Veggie Mix and Tan Bark from Paragalli. We haven't moved any tan bark yet (not as concerned with contaminants in that anyway), but after shifting about 2 cubic meters of soil from our front yard into the garden beds we've accumulated quite the collection of scrap (see photo). We're not exactly going through with a fine toothed comb, but we are noticing pieces of plastic to pick out fairly frequently.I'm honestly baffled as to where these companies are getting their soil from. The odd Batlow sticker getting through is one thing, but to allow this much detritus to get past quality control in a product that is supposed to be used in vegetable beds is pretty disappointing.On the upside, delivery was extremely fast (same day, a couple of hours after we called to place an order) and customer service was very nice.

Paragalli haulage is a industry leader. There service is second to none. If you need any landscaping materials I would not recommend anyone else. They stay true to there working hard working smart motto.

Ordered 6m^3 of soil for vegies. Very good results in this summer. Endless bounty of vegies; had to give away to neighbours & colleagues.Far better soil quality than that I've tried from Corkhill and CSG. A huge relief, as we were hesitant to ever buy soil again, and was thinking of relying solely on our compost (which is a slow process, but crucial with most gardens).
