Cape Grace Wines

Visited Cape Grace Winery looking for a small, local wine tasting and definitely found it here. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed the wine tasting, setting and conversation with Karen. We were fortunate there were 2 bottles of vintages that we were able to taste and compare to their younger harvest, which was good fun. Neither of us are wine connoisseurs, but with the approachable explanations for each tasting, Karen (and her little dog Rusty) made us feel right at home.

The only wine tasting I have not brought wine. OK but overhyped wine. Bitter and rude customer service became tannins in a crumbed space.

Hands down the best cellar door experience in MR. A must visit. Karen was an absolute treat. Welcoming, generous, so knowledgeable and put up with a very difficult customer (my dad). Looking forward to enjoying Cape Grace wines for many years!

I'm a winery tour guide and have been to hundreds of wineries in Australia. Took a group in for a tasting on the weekend and we were lucky enough to have Conrad take us through a tasting. His energy and passion for wine was amazing. Highly recommend visiting if you're in the area.

Wonderful place with an incredible knowledgeable and nice owner. Wines tasted all exceptional good. Wished we could have taken all their wines back home to Germany.

Brilliant family-run small vinyard, so glad we stopped here! Authentic, unpretentious cellar door which is a hidden gem with a fabulous host who made us feel at home - ended up staying longer than we expected, and the wines were delicious (great for both white and red!) Looking forward to our wine delivery! Would highly recommend.

Brilliant family owned winery, well worth a visit.Friendly and knowledgeable staff.Absolutely delicious wines!Dog friendly. Great grassed area for the kids to play...with a few chatty cockatoos as entertainment.

I did myself a favor, from the U.S. I traveled to the unique wine region of Margaret River, Western Australia. While there I was fortunate enough to have my own personal sommelier-wine-tour-guide, Eva Evangeline, who unequivocally recommended the boutique tasting experience of Cape Grace Wines & Cellar Door. I recall my first taste of the 2013 Vintage Petit Verdot - dark-red juicy fruits / subtleness of the tannins - I was in wine-nirvana! Equally special were the non-snobbish owners and winemaker who engaged us in the vineyard's history while giving us a private tour of how their award-winning Cape Grace Wines are produced. Before having to leave Western, Australia, twice more I would return to Cape Grace, lastly for a few precious bottles to take home. Thank you, Eva Evangeline, for your enlightening wine knowledge and pointing the way around the tasting rooms and vineyards of Margaret River.
