Staff are very polite & ready to help with all they can. Always a pleasant experience, sometimes a little roudy for a library but that is the people's fault & the area it's located. Have had one bad experience there with a drunk man who smashed a glass cabinet & the Oolice had to be called. We left early that day it was scary. Feel sorry for the staff having to put up with dangerous aggressive people. This has not stopped us returning to our library & having a nice experience. Smiley staff & well spoken. I offer my upmost respect to the staff at this library.

I use this Library often as the staff here are really nice & VERY helpful. Whether you're looking to borrow books etc or needing to use the computers / printer my experiences have always been positive. They also run programs for babies, toddlers & young children. Plus it's a bonus that the youth centre is right next door.

This would be a good and quiet place to do your work if there weren't so many loud obnoxious people in the library. Staff do nothing to make them quiet it's more of a party house than a library. There's people hanging out in groups being loud, playing music full blast

Amazing staff, amazing facilities, terrible parents who seem to think the library staff are there to babysit for them. Without failure, every day, there are loud screaming children in the --> STUDY AREA <-- (one would assume it is meant to be quiet) without parents in sight. I even witnessed high-school children throwing books on the floor. If you want quiet, go elsewhere.

I had a terrible experience here, I went to the library to study but couldn’t focus at all, groups of teenagers were talking loudly and laughing and the staff did nothing about it , not a library environment at all. If you going there for study purpose you will come back wasting ur time and disappointed, I won’t recommend this place to anyone who wants to study in a library environment,

It's a decent library. However I find the catalogue lacking in higher level academic content. Also, i got stuck in conversation with some Mormons.

It’s a bit of a shame to say I don’t think I’ll come back to this library. The staff are helpful and friendly and there’s looks like a lot on offer, however it’s genuinely an unpleasant place with kids running around screaming and playing tag. I think some parents see this as after school care and the staff are too nice to say anything.
