Horrible service. Rude staff. All round bad time getting my tax done here. I recommend staying well away from it. Both the husband and wife who run this branch are rude and should not be doing the job they are.EDIT - once they found out I have reviewed this place they continued to email me about it like I've done something wrong. Extremely unprofessional and this place should not be in anyone's options to get there tax done at over this time of year.EDIT - once confronted about reviewing their business. Has then gone onto make a fake review using there own Google account to try make what is left of a horrible business look somewhat presentable.EDIT they have now copied and pasted the same review under a different girls name. This place is childish and embarrassing.SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND DO NOT GO NEAR THIS PLACE

Can’t thank Michelle from Tax Today enough highly recommended. She has been doing my tax for years now and I have found Michelle and all the staff there wonderful. Very polite, professional and explains things in terms I can understand.

It has been 8 days now and was promised instant return. Then was told 3-5 business days. I could have lodged it myself and had a better result. Not happy at all.Update 23/7/22 - After being reassured LAST Friday that the remaining half of my payment has been transferred to my bank, It is now 8 days later and no payment received. Phonecalls made Friday 22/7 went unanswered, and today their website says open 8.30am - 13.30. Called and it says they are closed. I lodged with Tax Today on Monday 11/7/22. I will be lodging a complaint with the TPB Monday afternoon if my payment does not arrive. This has caused unnecessary stress and I've been hit with bank fee penalties as a result of not being paid. Disappointed is an understatement.

Got such a great result on my tax return, the team goes above and beyond here to thoroughly claim deductions. Very friendly and professional staff, would highly recommend to everyone!

Michelle from tax today is the best tax accountant I have ever dealt with. She is fast and very friendly and approachable and has helped me two years in a row now with great results.
