AUZ Car Wash

Appalling service. Called before I went. Was told they are doing a full detailing job and to come back after 2pm. I called them before going at 2:30pm to ensure I could go and they said yes to come and was there within less than 10 mins. When I got there I was told they can’t do it, because they now have a $300 detailing job that just came in compared to mine. So…guys, whilst it was my intention to support a local business, the attitude and customer service is appalling. They are obviously choosing their jobs and have no work ethics. You could have just told me on the phone you can’t do the job and save my time.

The guys at AUZ car wash are so polite, fantastic and efficient! A comfortable seating area with a prompt clean, you will have your car sparkling clean in no time. Reasonable pricing too. Won’t take my car anywhere else.

First time customer and I’ll definitely return. An excellent clean and detail. Great attention to detail.When I tried to leave, I had a flat battery. The lovely staff, and even other customers, banded together to help give me a jump start.Highly recommended.

I've used these guys a couple of times now and they usually do a great job. I'm a bit disappointed this morning because although the car is clean, it has a very strong rancid body odour (or something similar) smell inside the car. I tried driving home with the windows down but that didn't get rid of it. I currently have it locked up with a swatch bathed in my favourite perfume in a hope that gets rid of it.

First time using this newer hand wash company, which recently opened close to my home. My WRX is my baby and it desperately needed a good wash, wax/polish, and a wipe down. I dropped it off and got a text when it was ready. I not only got a super clean and shiny car back, but it looked better than when I got it from the dealership last year. The did a fantastic clean and wax, made the wheels and tyres look sparkling, and the inside was immaculate. They even did my exhaust pipes, which on a car like a WRX needs it. Great attention to detail and very happy. They also did my partner’s car and came out great. Will be my go to spot.

Dropped in my hiace van which looked inside as bad as a 330,000 km workhorse could look, picked it up 3 hours later and I didn’t recognise it, like a new car, Arminder and the boys did a fantastic job, regularly get the swift and navara washed there.. they never fail to impress me.

Avoid! Regularly told they are too busy

Took my car to get washed, was initially asked to leave the car there and return in 2 hours. I made arrangements for my wife to pick me up and return later, a few minutes later after speaking to another customer ive been asked to come back on another day. I have been using this car wash since it started and pretty disappointed by this incident.
