I contacted the Dept by phone to make some enquiries. The wait time was under 5 minutes and the service providers were so helpful, courteous, efficient and excellent communicators. Can’t even get business name right when you hand them your abn and acn. Talk down to you at the counter but still got company name wrong now have to waste more time getting correct. If you want to have an attitude at least do the job properly

No parking, had to park down the road. Really long wait times. Make sure you have nothing else to do the whole day, because you'll be stuck here

Quick and easy to speak with their service staff unlike the TMR's in Brisbane. Their staff look like they didn't want to be there, and since I have worked for the State Gov before I think I know why. Keep up the good work, we appreciate your work.

It is ridiculous that it opens at 930 and shuts at 430. Seriously open at 8am and shut at 4 or 5pm
