I left a five star review for this business some months ago however this is a revised review after my last visit. I booked in for a shampoo, cut & blow dry upon my arrival the hairdresser I was booked in with obviously didn’t check to see what I’d booked in for as she grabbed the scissors & began to cut after a brief conversation regarding my hair she was obviously looking at my roots & faded colour then said to me “oh not having a colour today” I’m quite capable of booking myself in for a colour unfortunately I was pressed for time & had limited finances so having a colour wasn’t on my list of priorities that day. I’ve attended this salon three times the first two visits I had excellent cuts couldn’t complain about a thing my last visit the hairdresser didn’t listen & it’s the worst cut I’ve had it wasn’t even one month ago & I’m now looking to go elsewhere to have another cut it hasn’t even held its shape. Upon payment the hairdresser asked me if I’d like to book for my next cut! Seriously pushy I won’t be back you’ve lost a customer.
