Gentle Nails

Horrible horrible!!! The man that did my nails made me feel stupid and was laughing at me with the other customers and did a horrible SNS job on my real nails. I requested extensions as I’m used to long nails but he thought otherwise and convinced me to get shorter nails. They look bulky and the worst I’ve had.Don’t recommend!!!!

i have gone to this place quite a few times now and they have never failed me. i don’t understand all the bad reviews cause every time i’ve been there i had a pleasant experience. went there today and absolutely loved my nails. staff was very friendly and funny as well.

The shilac peeled off within 3 days. I’ve gone 3 times back to fix it as it’s a different nail each day, and there’s been no issues but won’t reimburse me anything. Time wasted always going back and shilac shouldn’t not peel off within 3 days!

Worst experience ever! Went with my friend and we couldn't believe the low standard as well as the awful service. The man doing my nails was rude, made me feel stupid and acted as if I annoyed him. I could have done my nails better they are so thick and left so much mess on my skin. My friends were even worse with the most wonky French tip I've ever seen. I've never had such a negative experience at a nail salon, I'm not particularly loyal just pop in wherever, but this was actually appalling. Save your money and go elsewhere or do it yourself, it will look better i promise.

I wish I read the reviews first.The most atrocious acrylics I've had. Waited AGES for them to serve me. The lady that did my nails just didn't want to be there. Now I have to spend more money to get them fixed. They're wonky, uneven and the acrylic is too thick.

Absolutely horrible, the man doing my nails was just non stop chatting to the lady next to me and not paying attention to what he was doing on my hands not only that he was extremely shaky when filing and applying the tips and then proceeded to cut to a length he was happy with, without consulting with myself.The lady who swapped to apply the acrylic and paint was rude and lazy the acrylic was filed super super thin and curved and the paint job was just horrible so many air bubbles and paint on my skin!Went to go pay was told it was $50 before sitting down came out to be $65Overall horrible !! Never going back

I don’t recommend this salon. Got my nails done a few months ago. Asked for full pedicure and they told me that I didn’t need one so just got my toe nails done - no wash or clean. Next I asked for sns. The man laughed at my short nails and got the other nail attendants and customers involved, talking in their language all the way through. Before that, i had been sitting in the store for a while and they were attending to other customers just walking in after I did. I felt embarrassed and wish I had walked away sooner. I drive further to get my nails done elsewhere and more professionally.I don’t like writing negative reviews but just warning others if you are after a professional job and service, you may or may not get it at that salon.

The fumes were so bad, I couldn’t have my nails done. I coughed my lungs out and they made me pay!! I selected my colour and that was it... payed for NOTHING! I almost had an asthma attack. Worst experience E-V-E-R. Worst attitude staff as well, rude and dispicable. Don’t go there!!! It’s absolutely awful. Thumbs down. Nasty and my nails look terrible now. Soooo bad

Won’t be returning. The lady was rough and cut my finger, didn’t apologize or give any discount. The shape is so uneven and the colour is not what I wanted. I am going somewhere else to get them fixed today.

Terrible place..couldn't get into my usual place so I went here. $70 for a refill with French and diamonds and 4 nails snapped off the next day. Lady was so rude and had no idea what she was doing and kept hurting me and getting annoyed when I would react! do not waste your money
