I’ve had such a poor experience with Koko Collective. The bedside tables were not as described/ shown on the website. They were unable to change the product over unless I organised and paid for return shipping.The items weren’t even shipped in a box, making it very difficult to do so.Then using the drawers themselves, they never close smoothly. It takes multiple goes of wiggling the drawers and moving back and forth to close them.Then when I contacted the company to explain the drawers not closing, they didn’t respond.These drawers are not worth what I paid for them and I will not be recommending this business to anyone.

Excellent customer service. Alicia and Kylie went out of their way to help me with my queries. Their bar stools are a lovely addition to my home. Great selection of rattan and wooden home wears and furniture. I’ll purchase from Koko Collective again.

Bedhead was not as stated on the website however it was replaced within a week following email communications.Excellent customer service from Chris the delivery driver who rang prior to delivery both times, was on time and went above and beyond to get it to us as my original delivery address was my workplace (didn't think they would deliver on a Sunday!)
