The store had a good, diverse range of pillows to try. My staff member (I believe Jesse or Jessie?) was polite and listed the virtues of each style of pillow without any excessive sales pitching. Very satisfied with my purchases, left well under budget, & had a great night sleep. Would recommend for pillow shopping.

I highly recommend Annerley Pillow Talk. I visited today to purchase a pot stand and furnishings and met with two staff members, Debbie and Ros, who were quite knowledgeable. Both staff members were friendly, helpful and advised products that were suitable for our needs. I will be back to purchase from this store again.

Pillow Talk at Annerley is the best store of its kind that I’ve been to. The Assistant Manager Debbie is so friendly and welcoming, I always feel like I’m shopping with a friend. She is so helpful and extremely knowledgeable on all their products. The store is immaculate and easy to navigate. Fantastic displays and inviting Sales tables!

From the moment I walked through the door to leaving the service was top notch. Greeting from every staff member I crossed paths with and the lovely lady who found the pillow I was looking for quickly even tho it's not her regular store.The young gentlemen at the register who sorted out the error in the receipt (computers!) was also helpful and friendly. Everytime I've been here the service has been excellent

Talk about going above and beyond-thanks to Debbie from the Annerley store! I called a couple days prior enquiring about a doona cover that I was really wanting, of which I was notified it was one of the only colours not on sale. Two days later, Debbie tracked me down through all the phone calls/numbers to let me know it was marked down on clearance ($129>$37)!Happy purchase and amazing customer service.

I placed a click and collect order this afternoon and it was ready to be picked up in just over an hour! So fast and convenient, and the lady who helped me at the counter was also super lovely which was the icing on the cake.

The moment the door opens, you are greeted with an inspiration of a bedroom make over ideas or decoration ideas. There’s a lot to choose from bedding, decorative throw pillows, wall art, Silk plants and flowers, rugs, etc.They have many pillows of all sizes from low end to high end and memory foam for the bed. The staff are friendly and more than willing to assist or answer your questions. The parking large and just few steps to the store, very convenient for your large purchase or click and collect

Great service from both a sales assistant and the assistant manager. Both were very helpful but not pushy. Saved me a lot of time and recommended a great product. Very happy with the experience.
