Very good business and people. They know what they're doing. I bought a desktop they built in 2012 and it's still going strong. They were amazed. I took my very very slow laptop in and they upgraded the RAM. I've gone from hating my laptop to being very pleased with the speed. Well priced. If I had one criticism it's they don't respond to questions on their website. A++

Prompt and fantastic service: Booking an appointment was smooth and easy. On the appointed hour the staff were expecting me (a very rare quality in this fast world). The person who checked my laptop used basic techniques to diagnose the issue and asked me return as they need to get the spare parts. I got a phone call in three days time that the spare has arrived. Further, the technical staff who looked into my laptop this time around knew his job. The focus and professional attitude are commendable. He was meticulous and systematic. On completion he was joined by another staff to check that my laptop was fully functional and they ran a series of tests. It was 6:30 PM when they were done (the official close time of the shop was 6:00 PM). Their commitment to quality customer service is exemplary. I will definitely use their service if i ever needed again to fix my computers.

Hi, I got my Lenovo laptop fixed 3 months ago and I just wanted to say how grateful I am to In2Fix computers for fixing the problem (pretty complicated issue with laptop controlling itself but they fixed it well). They were able to identify the problem and fix it in a timely manner, allowing me to keep up with my uni work! Keep up the great work!

100 % recommend this business. Had a login and motherboard issue with my Macbook that even Apple couldn't assist me with but these lads did and came through. I appreciate the great service and reasonable price.
