Poor customer service! Came into the shop today looking for a cloud nine for my niece for Christmas. There was a girl on the front register counting the til (it was just past 4pm) and she saw me as I walked in. I smiled at her and she just went back to counting her til. No greeting whatsoever. I walked over to the wall of hair straighteners and thought perhaps once she had finished counting the coins she had started she would come over. Nope. Not even a “I’ll be with you in a moment” or “I’ll grab someone to give you a hand”. Lost out on a $300-$400 sale. Hard to “shop local” when the customer service is lacking so badly.

My 12 year old daughter got her seconds today and they were so uneven . They didn't really care that they were not even. Senior hardresser said I didnt even check if they were even I just did it where the dot was , told me to take it out and come back when it heals and they will do it again for free.

Amazing staff! Great customer service! Insane amount of knowledge about hair and definitely experts in extensions been having mine done here for a while now and the quality of the extensions and products used is high end. Amazing selection of professional home haircare to suit all budgets. Always a pleasure and a beautiful relaxing experience

I called and asked for an appointment on the phone I said I’m a female wanting a men’s cut. Getting a haircut is quite traumatic experience for me but I went in and confidently said want I wanted but that is not what I got I literally wanted to cry sitting in that seat and it took a lot for me not to cry. The lady cutting my hair could tell I was unhappy but she said I had to wait for my hair to be longer which is not the case for the cut I wanted.

Asked for shoulder length hair, just long enough to tie it up for work and my hairdresser kept cutting so my hair now sits just under my chin. It was like she did a bad cut on the first cut and just kept cutting it try and fix it but couldn’t. I ended up looking like Edna from the incredibles without the bangs. I got my hair done because I have an event coming now I’m going to look ridiculous.

I would never get my hair done at this place. And won’t go near another hair warehouse. They completely fried my hair and it all broke off. It was such a mess. Should’ve really takenIt further but was so upset about the state of it. Worst experience ever.

Went in to hairhouse for a colour correction done on a previous colour gone wrong. The girls there we’re very caring of the situation, I like how I was double consultated to best rectify my colour issue. I felt like they worked well as a team and really care about their clients.
