Went there with my printer problem. Warren spent a lot of time investigating and identified a mother board issue. This was all done in my presence and between routine sales. I walked out with a new printer at a competitive price. Match that service at a large outlet!

Owner or Manager of shop was standing in doorway smoking when I arrived. The smoke was blowing into the shop and it stank. Everything else about the shops is fine. Well stocked and fast service.

I recommend this business because I found the owner and manager Jim Bolakis to be knowledgeable, reliable and genuine. His support was so welcome recently when I had a problem with my home printer.

Gotta congratulate Jim on a great job getting a Brother Printer back on line.I bought the printer about 8 years ago from CW and it had worked faultlessly, despite even being infested by ants!A few days ago it stopped printing, but would still scan, copy etc. Jim said to bring it over. Not only does he have a lot of experience with printers he also has a strong IT background. He diagnosed a corrupted print file caused by an update from windows 10. Both Brother and MS weren't aware of the problem. Like a dog with a bone Jim worked with them to sort a fix. They didn't know they had a problem.I can't recommend Jim and Cartridge world highly enough. He spends time with customers and is very ethical. It would have been easy to sell me a new printer.Good job Jim.

Jim is fantastic. He's straight forward, incredibly knowledgeable, and will tell you more about printers than anyone you could find at officeworks or harvey norman. Also fixed my friend's printer no problem. Great delivery price. 10/10 service
