Unfortunately we settled the estate without resolving as was holding up finalisation. Bad experience, paid $100 (through legal aid) to have him make me wait an extra 40 minutes to talk to him, the chat went for 10 minutes and didn't give us anything to go off of really, took the little advice he did give me and when it came to getting back in contact with him it was practically impossible, it's been 7 months now, I continuously called/emailed the office and the receptionist would have no idea where my email was or if I had sent it, once they would find it each time they would say to wait a week for him to get in touch. A week goes by. I call back. Exact same thing would happen over and over again. I've given up on Scott and Matthew Mitchell's Solictors as they have not had the time nor effort for me.
