Went in to get my watch strap adjusted. Service was quick yet polite. As it was simple they didn't charge me for it even though I offered to pay. Would recommend just for the professionalism and honesty.

Had my mothers swiss Bucherer serviced - it stopped working after 2 days - then started working again.Upon inspection we were assured it was all ok.Now the minute hand has fallen off 5 months later.Needless to say we won’t be taking it back there for repair.Very disappointed as the service wasn’t cheap.

Very happy. I had a Sapphire Crystal replacement done for an Orient Mako at a very reasonable price (I supplied the crystal) and got good advice on fixing another watch. He's really busy, but still took time to chat about geometrical differences in the original mineral crystal and the new Sapphire Crystal installed.

I have been dealing with Swiss Watch Service Centre for many years now and the craftsmen here are at the top of their game. From my old analogue watches, nearly 50 years old to the more recent digital watches they are definitely my go to place for repairs. Even now that I live in Bendigo I still take my work here as I know it will be done professionally.

Previously fine service, but most recent experience was having my watch serviced - took a month before I went in and enquired about progress. Fixed next day but I thought it was losing time so took it back. Three months later (admittedly including Christmas) with no contact so I went back in and was given the watch with comment there was nothing wrong with it. Who knows when he established it was ok, maybe 2 months earlier. I suspect he thought I was wasting his time so he didn't bother calling me, with an attitude of 'I'm not making any effort to tell you - if you want it you come and get it'. Disappointing.

I recommend Swiss Watch Service Centre wholeheartedly. I rang to check if they could replace a battery on my Rado watch. They said of course, just bring it down early enough and it will be done the same day.I took it in and the battery replacement was done within the hour for the same price quoted over the phone.Brilliant service, well done guys!

Apparently made the watch water tight and replaced a dial on it with additional parts replaced internally, but who knows if actually done. Receipt states Ultrasonic Cleaning of Case & bracelet " I could give it a better clean with soap and water. Waist of Time and Money
