I came across One Fine Secret when searching for Living Libation products and I am so glad a did. The customer service is just amazing, when I received my order the packaging was absolutely beautiful, there were a couple of samples that complimented what I initially purchased with a personalised note and instructions. I have never been so blown away by a business.

Discovered One Fine Secret when I was searching for Living Libations products. This is the second time I have ordered from them. The delivery was in good time, everything was wrapped thoroughly with some lovely samples included and a beautifully handwritten note. Love the personal touch. I will definitely be purchasing here again and look at other brands they have. Highly recommend.

Always such a great experience visiting OFS! There's as much information as you want (or it is okay to just browse), no pressure to buy things, and encouraging guidelines with new products. It's a welcoming and calming store, and stocks gentle but nourishing and active skincare lines.

So many fake reviews here! I got the worst skincare advice from this store -- beware! Was looking forward to visiting but it's a tiny shop up the dodgy end of Chapel and most of the brands you can find online for cheaper. idk why places like this bother with the fake Insta followers when in person its such bad vibes. Id rather go to the lab in Carlton or Mecca Toorak rd even for better experience and that's saying something.Edit after owner response: Dunno what a trained natural beauty advisor" means. Absolutely adore this store, I won't buy my hair products anywhere else. Their service is exceptional and I've been ordering for just over a year now and they've always gone above and beyond. I love the personalised notes and extra little touches, I even requested if I could try a particular product and they provided a sample and instructions! The shipping is always so fast and packaged so beautifully as well. Thank you for the care you all put in, I always look forward to receiving my order in the post <3
