Highly recommend Geographe Holiday Homes. Stayed in one of their properties in Bunbury. It was extremely clean and comfortable. Great service from the staff. Very enjoyable stay away from home!

If you enjoy getting your reservation cancelled at the last minute after booking a year in advance then this is the place for you.If you intend to stay at any of their homes, I would recommend not booking at a peak time, because if the owners have a friend who wants to stay there or they receive a better price, they will promptly cancel your reservation and claim that there is a 'double booking' or a 'glitch in the system.' In their defence, we're not sure exactly what issues they faced as the story seems to change each time we ask.However, I must admit that I appreciate the effort the team went into in terms of pretending to find alternative arrangements. In fact, their numerous apologies for the inconvenience were very helpful at achieving nothing. It really says something about Geographe's commitment to customer satisfaction."The one saving grace (that makes it 2 stars rather than 1)

The staff was kind and friendly, quick to sort everything out and made our stay a breeze. Very helpful with location and activities to do in the area. Our kids favourite trip so far.

I highly recommend Geographe Holiday Homes if you are looking for someone to manage your holiday home in the south west. Exceptional communication, great attention to detail & nothing is too much trouble for Teagan & her team. Five stars!!

Extremely poor experience and customer service - don't recommend booking!We weren't able to complete our stay last year (which we booked through air bnb) - we were advised that a credit could be issued at one of their properties. When trying to rebook this recently, we were subsequently advised we could only have a discount code as we needed to stay at an alternate property (our needs changed) - I questioned this as the initial email had specified it could be at 'one of their properties'. Shortly thereafter, the stay was confirmed at an alternate property.During my discussions with GHH to confirm the new booking, we were advised that 'I will check the credit owing and refund you also' - after following up this refund, GHH have advised they wouldn't be doing this and have proceeded to ignore our attempts at contact to follow this up.Very poor customer service and communication; and can't seem to do what they say they will do unless it suits them...

We recently stayed at a property in Dunsborough managed by Geographe Holiday Homes and were less than impressed with our stay. On arrival at 4pm we discovered the house had not been cleaned after the previous guests stay. The beds had dirty linen still on them and used towels were left in the bathroom. When I contacted them to rectify this issue, I was told that a cleaner would need to attend that night. While this was the bare minimum, as we obviously needed linen and towels, it was also an inconvenience as were unable to unpack and get the children settled for the evening. Definitely not a great start to our holiday.The house itself was fairly comfortable and suitable for our needs, however it was dirty, smelt like mould and the back grass was covered in dog poo. The house requires a lot of general maintenance.I definitely would not recommend staying at the property again after the experience we had and the state of the house.

The team at Geographe Holiday Homes are fantastic to deal with, prompt & reliable and always going above & beyond. Wouldn't recommend anyone else to book your stay with when visiting the SW region.
