We have been using Trak for 3 years now and it has greatly streamlined our business. From uploading jobs to signing the SWMS, uploading completed photos and the communication abilities between our team and clients using this program we have found this has been a real asset to how we run our business.I would recommend any business to look at using Trak to help with their procedures.

We recently changed over to TRAK. From the very beginning, it's been so detail and follow up from the TRAK Team has been fantastic.The platform is so easy to use and navigate and there's so much TRAK can do.The more you use it, the more you enjoy using it.Everything from Creating a Job/Quotes to doing Invoices and Timesheets.The support from the TRAK Team and from the training has been good and the support is on going. Really happy with our switch over to TRAK.

I have found the guys at Trak to be exceptionally helpful with anything you ask them, Peter always either answers the ph or gets back to you-in a timely manner. He either has the solution i need or he goes away and finds an solution if there is one.All in all great company to work with and an awesome platform that has transformed how our company operates.

Peter was outstanding with his training package he provided to us at Safecoat. He explained how to use TRAK efficiently and at a pace that suited us. Very happy with the complete onboarding and setup package we purchased from TRAK. Would not recommend at all. Was lied to about features at sign up by Mark. Was promised the system would be able to do what we needed. Paid thousands for a program that doesn't work for us. Requested a refund got nothing and now I'm still being charged on going cost despite removing my credit card on file and having it set to basic package.
