Ted's Cameras

Went for a photograph for some official purpose and had one of the Worst experiences because of the poor customer service and quality of outcome of the picture. Been here 3 years ago and was not this bad at that time.

Friday night experience was appalling! An old bloke and a young lady at the desk - cold, obnoxious, negative, clearly not happy with their jobs or maybe their own business, worst customer service ever! No wonder why so many businesses are closing down at Westfield Fountain Gate when these are the kind of people dealing with customers. Strictly avoid!

i purchase a Canon EOS 200D MKII wih twin lens kit.thankful for the help of their staff, her name is Rosemary (Rosie). however,.while i was paying the product i purchase, I've noticed that, the invoicing area hasn't got enough space ( tight area ) not much room to put the product in front of the scanning area. while Rosemary is arranging all the invoice in the computer screen, i had to stick my eyes into the product because it's not in front of her, it was placed behind due to lack of space beside the invoice area (product scanning area/payment) so, i joke around and ask her if and how would i make a suggestion to maybe re-arrange or make some changes on the counter where the staff can put the item a customer is purchasing. she said, i could make a review on google. Rosie, even inform me that there's a free photo class to anyone who purchase any camera on Teds. unfortunately , the time is very tight because the schedule i heard from her was every Thursday at 10 am - 11 am. I personally is very interested with this free photo class, unfortunately i can't because i will be at work. Now here is my suggestion. i really do hope that, whoever teaches about using a DSLR camera or getting to know their camera,operation,workaround,techniques, is if it's possible for the teacher to record it personally, for interested customer or a person that purchase a camera to be able to watch it, via logging in to Teds website.I really do hope that Ted's Camera will consider this suggestion, i'm pretty sure that it will attract more future customers.

Went in with a broken film camera, the gentleman was so kind and fixed it within 5 minutes free of charge!! Very satisfied, couldn’t recommend enough!

Andreas was a horrible person to deal with, he was extremely rude and unhelpful because of the way i look and then proceeded to slander a store that i am a member of.To add insult to injury he told me what i wanted they didnt have in stock when it was right in the window infront of him without even looking and told me it would be a special order. WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN A PLACE THAT USED TO BE SO RELIABLE!!!
