I’ve just been sold expired products by this company and I was serviced by the rudest staff I’ve ever met and he’s named was Ken! He said he will look into the matter instead he hung up on me and stopped returning my calls!It’s a very unpleasant experience for a lovely Sunday!

My friend gave me gifts comprising Red Spoon Co's organic wholemeal baking flour and dry yeast. I made bread with them and all 3 times, the bread didn't rise and was very dense. I've made bread many times before with other brand ingredients and never had this problem. So I started to use the RSC wholemeal flour with another yeast brand, and also RSC yeast with other baking flour brands, same problem but not as bad as before. There something not right with these RSC products (possibly not fresh) and I won't be using their products in the future.

I love browsing this store. The staff lets it down massively, because they're so unfriendly. There are always things I want to buy and they're often impulse purchases, but I put things back on the shelf because I can't be bothered with the surly staff. A simple 'hello' when you walk into the store (especially when it's quiet) would make a massive difference. What a simple solution is a friendly 'hello'; you don't get 'hello' when online shopping!

Excellent range of hard to find culinary treats at very reasonable prices. Excellent cooks tools and great baking bit and pieces selection. Will be back again soon when I move and need to redo my pantry and renew cooks tools!

Great place and huge variety of kitchen supply. Kitchen tools are great but price of ingredients are expensive. For example 1kg Callebaut 54% is 31 dollar while in costco only 18 dollar.

Check the prices next time you go there as I’ve bought three products on sale for a total of $7.20 and was charged $16.95!? Not sure where that came from, and noticed that when I had left the shop and checked my bank account. Definitely not going back.

THEY DONT SHOW ONLINE REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE. WE ordered online. Nowhere written the date of expiration. So if I knew that when buying product( wafers) on 5th of July it will be expired on 20th of August, I would never buy it as it wont have any sense or use for me. Unless I'm starting to eat it by myself till the expiry date. Predatory marketing and opportunistic seller cannot be trusted. STAY AWAY !!
