The man who served me was lovely. He asked the older lady, who was busy chatting with staff/friends, to serve me.The 1st time I was served by this lady I had told her that my parcel (that I sent that visit) needed to go to Bioscreen. Instead of the address I handed to her she sent it to the original address on the box that it had already been sent to. I was confused and should have ensured i stuck the correct address on myself but never imagined it would be reposted to the address where I received it instead of to Bioscreen.I had to pay for a new test kit (not cheap)& postage & politely mentioned what had happened when I went in today.She met me with abruptness & rudeness & when I commented on her lack of customer service (by speaking to me in a raised voice & demeaning tone) she responded with quote; “I don’t care”!She also brush off the fact that my test was sent to the wrong address with “I don’t know who bioscreen” is. On the day she posted it I noticed that she did not keep it upright as it states on the label “fragile/keep upright” (or something along those lines). I mentioned that it’s fragile & she said they don’t take responsibility for that.Very rude, unhelpful service overall (with exception to the man who was polite & considerate of me waiting).

Man who served me in the post office section was unreasonably and extremely rude.

Great local business and central to the Avoca Beach township. Though should be open at least half a day on Saturdays and Sundays.
