I was inquiring about the new recycling program for the small blister packs from refills. I was informed it only pertained to the big (about the size of A4 paper) packs made by the pharmacists. I just checked the channel 9 news in reference to the recycling and all that was shown was the small blister packs. You might want to download that video for your employees' and customers' information.

Markup on my medicine was excessive. Far more than chemist warehouse charge. I was told it would be 15mins. It was twice that with hardly anyone in store. Wont return.

Love craigmore store the staff are so kind warm friendly and so very helpful if I put script in and they havnt got it which is very rare they order it and it comes in next day absolutely fantastic store and service is outstanding thankyou beautiful ladies

Overpriced medications even on pbs items. Was charged $10 more than chemist warehouse for the exact same regular prescription. $10 extra on a script is a lot of money and markup on medications!!!

Staff very friendly however the pharmacist needs a lesson in common courtesy. I can appreciate they get very busy. But tone the attitude down. Hire more pharmacists if you can't cope with demand.I am a long term customer feeling very let down. Went back the next day difference night and day. The female pharmacist a beautiful and caring lady. They couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you
