I placed an order and received an email with all the correct details of my purchase. After 2 weeks of waiting, called Amco and found out that the order never got placed...no idea about it, saying it got lost in the internet ". The solution from them was to place the order again

Is there gymnastics equipment for home? If there is how much is it?

Knowing nothing about gymnastics, I took my 9yo to Amco for his first set of grips. He was measured, I took the advice despite asking if we should't go up a size given his growth rate and the cost involved. I was told specifically no - so went along with the recommendation. He puts them on at gym, and his coach says they are too small, unfortunately they are now 'used' and can't be returned. On querying this with Amco, I was quite rudely advised the bottom of the receipt states not try them on but show them to the coach for measuring first. ?? Isn't this what we went to Amco for in the first place?? To top it off, I need a bigger size and they were unwilling to admit any fault with measuring his hand, AND then refused to give me a 'goodwill' type discount on the next pair I now need to purchase.Needless to say I will never set foot in that shop again and will get both my kids measured up by their coach and order online - where I have had great friendly service today when I enquired about timing or shipping.Goodbye Amco!

A bit hard to find as its among other suites of business. Friendly staff.
