Adelaide Heating and Cooling, Salisbury were fantastic! After waiting weeks in the middle of winter for another company to get back to us, we contacted Adelaide Heating and Cooling in Salisbury to replace our old ducted gas unit. Within a week we had a new system installed and running. All our calls were answered straight away, and appointment times were made and kept. On the day, everyone involved turned up on time and they were professional and friendly. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with this company. I haven't had service this good from anyone for a long time. And the price was very competitive too. Thank you!

I would definitely recommend Adelaide heating and cooling. Not so much for the initial process (although there is no complaints about that, it was fine). But for the after sales service. After a minor issue was discovered after installation, an installer named Angus went above and beyond to rectify the problem. I can’t praise him enough. Quite often once they got your money they don’t want to know. But this guy was happy to help. He took the stress out of it. Cheers mate!

Enquired about updating my air conditioning to reverse cycle ducted. Thankyou Adelaide Heating and Cooling for a very professional, well priced job especially Barry in sales, who came to the house and gave suggestions regarding WiFi controller and Daikin air conditioning. Barry, the boss and the boys did a great job at installing and service.When we decided to get a new air con, we spoke with Barry who gave us the facts, a quote, details and let us simmer with our thoughts for weeks, there was no pressure or sales pitch to buy now.When the boss and boys got to installing they negotiated with doing one room last, stopped my cat from getting out and were good to talk with and were happy to put up with me having my podcast playing loud.Barry even did a follow up call a day later, making sure everything was going well.Brilliant service all around.

Overall really good experience dealing with these guys. Replaced our evap with a powerful reverse cycle unit. Informative, detailed quote, good workmanship, and nice cool house as a result. 9 months after install, we had a minor query about the fitment of the return air vent. Andrew came right out and checked, adjusted it for us. Great after sales service.

I would certainly recommend Adelaide Heating & Cooling for their experience and knowledge in Air Conditioning and comparative pricing. The initial consult was very professional and informative with great recommendations. the company provided options on which system to install from which we made our final selection. Barry is a great guy, provided some good advice and arranged everything. The quote was very reasonable, lower than other companies. Came to my place, understood my requirements and quoted. Installation guy Michael turned up 8:30am in freezing cold he was fantastic, very professional and everything went smoothly despite of chilling weather outside, they assured us that the outside component was secured out of the way. Electricians, were good too. Thanks To Barry and his team. Will definitely looking forward to use their services in future.

Barry helped us to understand the best system design for our house and arranged a quick turnaround on the install. Was happy to answer my multitude of questions and was very responsive to my emails and calls. Installers were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Great unit for a decent price. Thanks.

Recently had evap cooler fail, the team at AH&C were quick to come to site and provide options for replacement, including repair of old unit. I elected to install new unit, should say their prices very competitive. New unit installed in very timely manner, great customer service, installers work excellent. Highly recommend AH&C

We have just had a new ducted gas heater installed, and from the first phone call right up to the install, our experience was great.Barry was helpful, and any issues that arose he was prompt and accommodating. Jason and Matt did an awesome job with install, and were very personable and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with our new heater, works a treat and their prices were great! Highly recommend!
