Ordered a lunchbox and it has been put on backorder without advising me of so. Tried contacting twice for ETA as needed for my daughter to start school and have had no reply. Would of liked the option of a refund to buy a lunchbox that was in stock. Website said it was but it obviously wasn't.

Very disappointed - today I received the package I ordered on 4th December. Dispatch was meant to be within one business day. That's one month from order to receipt. AusPoints has not properly addressed my concerns about the status of the package - very poor customer service. Lesson learned.

Ordered an item from this place via My Deal, never again. I was told I didn't follow preparation/cleaning instructions and as a result the product ended up with rust. I did in fact follow the necessary instructions. They refused to refund and continue to argue the point via email. With so many online store's to purchase from it truly is best to treat customers with respect and to do the right thing.

ordered couple pieces of furniture in Jan, havent received yet. 2 months! and you failed to provide any update or a solution.filed a dispute to get my money back and you gave my bank a fake tracking number to make it look like it's delivered and try to stop the refund? well done. confirmed by aus post that the number you gave was delivered to someone else and another address but in my area.you havent done the right thing and refuse to correct yourself. very well managed rat company.

Very unhelpful and dissatisfied! Was charged shipping when the item was clearly listed with free shipping. Was charged double what the item cost for shipping. No offer to rectify the situation. Be very wary to purchase off this company
