Ordered rugs online told they has to be ordered in2 weeks later still no rugs no delivery date I was told the.shipment was sent but they had no idea when it would arrive, I advised they could track their order these days with any delivery and that comment offended them they cancelled my order without advising meCustomer service is zero

I Brought western boots and I am very annoyed with the customer service and lack of information i was given for my first ever pair of boots. I wasnt offered any information on how to maintain them or know how to pick the correct sizing. . Won't be recommending this place to my friends and family thats for sure.
