I organised for a quote in January 2020 for extensive renovations. Took forever getting back to me after the initial visit. The NT Home Owner Improvement Grant was announced like 2 months later and I still hadn't heard from them. At the time I was patient, I wasn't sure if they would still be working due to coronavirus. But they eventually got back to me in APRIL (I have the emails) and agreed to do the quotes for the home owner grant.At that stage I was getting fed up and was ready to go elsewhere but on the 16th April I saw the NT gov where closing the grant the next day, so if I wanted it I had to go through them.After emails and half a dozen phone calls, I got a partial (single room) quote to enable me to put in the application - sent through literally 12 MINUTES prior to applications closing.After this I heard nothing from them. I felt locked in at this stage since I had applied for the grant through them. I didn't chase them because then I was waiting for the grant approval to come through anyway.Well the grant approval didn't come through till November I had heard nothing from them, no quote had come through. I should have chased them earlier I guess, but I don't have enough time to be chasing up people who should be professionals.Anyway, I contacted them as soon as the approval came through and asked about my quote. They said they sent it. I told them no, you sent a partial quote for one room, I wanted an entire house reno. They had no idea. Asked who came out for the initial visit. I told them. They said they would look into it. I heard nothing. Contacted them again in December. Nothing, no replies, messages ignored. Now it's March 2021 and my voucher expires in 2 days. So they ghosted me and cost me the $6000 grant.But the good news is now I'm no longer bound to them by the grant I can go elsewhere.

these guys are the worst, completely unprofessional. provide quotes they have no intention of fulfilling, make appointments and dont show up, dont return phone calls or emails. only interested in the money jobs.
