Scott kept in contract throughout the process with updated photos and information along the way which was extremely reassuring. Their service was extremely prompt, with them even working over the weekend to get the vehicle back to me as soon as possible. After the repairs were complete they delivered the vehicle to my sign writer to be wraped then picked it up on completion.When I picked the vehicle up it was clean and pretty much detailed inside and out. Called in to get a quote to touch up my F250, talked to the office lady who was very pleasant , the owner who was sitting at an adjacent desk didn’t acknowledge me. Once outside she took some notes and pictures and then decided to consult the owner. He sent her back out telling her to tell me they didn’t do “that kind of work” I was pretty embarrassed and also angry at his arrogance. Some people forget where they started.
