Incredible group of therapists and service. This place was recommended to me by word of mouth, and anyone you speak to locally, highly recommend for many reasons. Personally I had on going back, shoulder and neck issues. Not only was this rectified, but I was also educated on what exactly was wrong for my particular circumstances. I have learnt so much about my own body I did not even realise. I have also been taught steps to take prior to physical exercises and how my body works and responds. A couple of times I have had pain suddenly and when I have called them, they do everything they can to see me as soon as possible to relieve any pain. In both cases I was in that same day.I honestly feel like I have a better sense of well being and significantly less pain since I first started visiting the Grafton Wellbeing Centre.

They are not therapists, I went there 4 times and the 4th time (I won't say her name) asked why am I back again she didn't think we needed to talk any further. I have problems and I needed someone to help. She is not there to help she is only going to chat to you like a friend would. Huge waist of time. Not once did she make me feel like I could open up to her and tell her things going on in my head that I have never told anyone else. When I told her things that P me off she made remarks to try P me off. She didn't once reassure me that what I tell her is only between my self and her. I had no trust in her at all and so I was not going to open up and tell her anything feeling like I could get my self in trouble if I say the wrong thing. And that's what I went there for in the first place, to get my head right. she is the 3rd so called therapists I have seen. They are all the same. If you want a good proper therapists then the people who can afford it pay the bog money to see the good ones. I am not happy & I am still messed up. Thanks for wasting my time and taking hours away from my life Grafton Wellbeing Centre.
