Visited the store yesterday afternoon 9/3/23 and received great service, friendly and helpful I highly recommend this store while these guys work there

I have never seen a store feel more hurt about a price matchThis store has done nothing but go downhill every time a manager changes.This store rolls with trying to make parents believe they have the only product available to buy.

i dont know where to start i did pre order my ps5 on ebgames melton hard to get which is drought in australia luckily i got chance to preorder but when i there to pick up my order it wasnt there they say its miscommunication i got very upset but after couple of days i have recieved my console i dont know the guy name but he handle very professionaly nd apolozise it wasnt his fault but in the end i m very happy the way ebgames customer support and this guy in the shop 5stars thanks ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nothing brings me more joy than doing a price match at eb games. I know the staff hate it at every branch. Nah but seriously, if pricesare more competitive, there would be no need to get salty about it.So I got my re4 remake for 110 down to 89, thanks to jbfi next door plus an extra level up on my eb cardSo here's a generous 3 stars for being a good sport.Have a good day sir

I came in on the 23rd of November (2022) at around 3:30pm and spoke to a man (didnt catch his name) about Pokémon scarlet and violet and which one to get and what the differences are as I am a first time Pokémon player. He was really helpful and thorough and kind and I was able to make an informed decision after that :). the cashier at the till was also really kind, overall super pleasant experience.

A new flashy store does not fix the obvious problems!Just because you make the store a bigger space, does not help with it being overpriced and under whelming.Where possible I will bye from small businesses as they are usually $20 or more cheaper than Eb Games.Pre order releases via their website is pathetic, even with the item in your cart and trying to pay it will tell you its sold out.The staff are not always helpful, some have no idea about the products they are selling and have actually made up stuff that are completely untrue.Unfortunately because they are so big and have worldwide reach being owned by Gamestop, Eb Games gets a larger amount of stock then any other Australian company.

Not very impressed. Worked a deal out with employee, Matt. Had a discussion with him on the 7th April about buying his home controller for $75. Ended up forgetting who I was and said I can't go any lower than $90.No employee should do that. If you mark down a price for a controller, honour it!

Very disappointing that a pre order pop has been sold as we had a holiday then covid and couldn't get in to pick it up. Also a deposit was placed on the item.

3 times I went to this business. Every time I was dealt with respect and great customer service. Being a guy who had no knowledge of games, all my questions were answered patiently and with respect. Thanks EB games Melton
