Having owned my homes for the last 20 years I had no idea of the current rental environment especially the chaos associated with inspections. I've now had the experience of looking through at least 6 homes opens. Some of them where unfortunately the agent made you feel like cattle lining up.However, the inspection I had with Nikki Milne with one of the properties she was presenting in Magill was a fanatstic experience. She took the time (even though there were a lot of people) to answer questions and connect all while having a genuine smile and enthusiasm for the property. It can't be the easiest profession given the current state of rentals but you couldn't tell from the obvious joy Nikki took in presenting the property.If you're a home owner looking to lease you're property - stop looking for your agent. You found her.

I think that Chrissy Esau from LJHooker Kensington Unley is worth more than 5 stars. From start to finish on the sale of the property she was a true professional. Chrissy had a such a positive and friendly attitude. You could tell she had a passion and energy in what she does best...selling properties. I highly recommend her. It was a lovely experience getting to know Chrissy....she is truly such a special lady.
