What a lovely gentleman that went out of his way to help me find the correct Apple cord for my I Pad ( a cord I had tried in 7 difference places in Launceston to to get to no avail)He also replaced my phone screen and kindly went out of his way to clean my I pad.EXCELLANT SERVICE ALL ROUND and very very reasonable prices that were cheaper than than the major retailers.Again Thankyou so muchDeb Hanton

Thanks alot. I had my iphone 11 pro screen broken. I was afraid if i have lost all my data as well as I hadn't done backup. I went to ask mobiles shop and what a great customer service under this new management. I had the repair done in such a good price and so quick. I'd recommend this shop for sure.

Botched my partners phone, and made it impossible for future repair by using superglue and another type of adhesive on it. Was ghost touching after we paid to get the screen replaced and had a piece rattling around inside. Antenna was also damaged.

Im a single mother of 7 kids saved up and Paid $450 for a Samsung galaxy s10 came with 1 month warranty within a day it started glitching/freezing. Takes all night to charge, went to take it back for the refund which is clearly stated in the warranty, wouldn't give me my money, would not even offer to replace any faulty part within the phone. Which is in warranty, worst customer service, started abusing me in his foreign language, feel like I've been taken advantage off

Prompt, efficient and friendly service. So glad I happened to come across Ask Mobiles while I was walking around town wondering what to do with my phone’s malfunctioning charging port. The charging port was replaced, and so was the cracked back cover of my phone – upon the proprietor’s recommendation. Very grateful for this excellent outcome.I can highly recommend the helpful service at Ask Mobiles.
